For the past few months I have been battling many of these every time I go out to hike. They are everywhere. As I walk along minding my own business, bam, my face, chest, arms &/or legs are entangled. There is no escaping them. My best estimate on an average day is at least 10. I have tried swinging my arms or a stick. Sometimes it works, sometimes it does not. These little guys seem to be at it constantly.
As I thought of which photo to pick for this week’s challenge, I could not help but think how “connected” spiders are throughout the forest. Spinning webs between trees and bushes, looking to snag unsuspecting insects as they make their way through the forest air. Equally amazing, how quickly they spin the next web when an unsuspecting human walks through one.
