Ralphie Rough Road

Last week I brought home a sweet dog from the shelter for a “doggie overnight”.  (It ended up being a few overnights, 4 to be exact).  The shelter where I volunteer was happy to give him the break and I had the opportunity to give them feedback on his behaviour.  Plus, we wanted to see how our dog Josie, would do with another dog in the house.  Needless to say, I accomplished very little last week and was unable to post a picture for last week’s photo challenge of harmony.   Here we are onto another week and I’m just now getting around to this week’s photo challenge.  In the interest of saving time, I felt this photo worked for both challenges.

Grayson & Josie got along well.  For the most part, we had harmony among the dogs.  Josie protested the first night when Grayson took her spot on the couch (the one pictured above).  As you can see they agreed to share their one love, the best spot in the house.

Although, I was sad to take Grayson back (he is the one looking at the camera), I was able to give a wonderful report on him, very well behaved dog.  Now it’s time to play catch up from having two dogs at the house.
