Tuesday, October 6, 2020 : Beginner Class #3
Continuing with our beginner series of classes. This class will add on from class #1 & #2 and is just under 35 minutes.
Thursday, October 8, 2020 : Short Morning Session
This is an easy going seated class to start your day. The class is 20 minutes long. Perfect when you are short on time.
Going forward I will post new classes on my online yoga classes page. You can access that page by clicking here. Also all classes are uploaded to my YouTube channel and can be accessed by clicking here.
Each week I plan to post 2 classes (Tuesdays & Thursdays). Plus some weeks I will post additional yoga content in the form of shorter videos.
Lastly I will post the week’s classes on Mondays at the top of the online yoga classes page.
